Misty Creek sits on 5 gently rolling acres, on the banks of Big Creek – at the junction of Hwys. 374 and 123, near Scenic Highway 7 south of Jasper, Arkansas.

Three swimming holes are within easy walking distance of the house!

The upper level 22x14 Master Suite with its vaulted ceiling offers a king-size bed, comfy chairs, big-screen satellite TV, and wood floors. The sliding door gives access to the upper-level deck and the stairs down to the patio. The warm French-cosmopolitan décor is designed for both romance and relaxation.

The upstairs shared bathroom has a separate shower stall and a Jacuzzi ® Tub strategically placed next to a huge fixed-glass window overlooking the creek and the bluffs at the foot of Red Rock mountain.

The upper level Second Bedroom has a queen bed, French-country décor, and wood floors. There are books for the children, and a rocking chair sits in front of the floor-to-ceiling window.

The upper level Third Bedroom has two queen-sized beds placed separately in a 16’x25’ room, with chairs and lamps for spreading out and relaxing. This room has access to the upper deck, leading to the patio downstairs.

The Great Room features a fully-equipped kitchen, 10-seat dining table and chairs, and an entertainment area with satellite TV, DVD, books and board games. The floor's dramatic treatment will remind you of table rock. A French door gives access to the patio, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors right into the room! A second bath with a shower stall is also in the downstairs area.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a glass-top cooking range with oven, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, and microwave. The pots, pans and dinnerware were chosen to accommodate a large crowd.

	Misty Creek offers luxurious amenities and is designed with lots of space for you to spread out and “live large.” Enjoy outdoor living and cooking on the gas-fired grill on the patio, or take a short walk down to the firepit for a more rustic experience. Or stand at the patio tee and take a “drive” down the fairway. There are 3 easily accessible swimming holes within walking distance. Misty Creek can accommodate horses on the acreage. The acreage is RV-friendly, but no sewage or electricity hook-up is provided, and no dumping is allowed on this pristine site.

The Jasper/Vendor/Mt. Judea area offers the best in outdoor fun. The Buffalo National River is only about 9 miles away, accessible at the Hasty low-water bridge and at Carver Landing. The immediate area surrounding Misty Creek offers canoeing, caving, swimming, fishing, hiking and rock climbing galore! In the entertainment area of Misty Creek, you’ll find printed information about activities in the area. It’s common to see wildlife all around the house each day -- elk, wild turkeys, road runners, buzzards, reptiles, and songbirds. Shopping and truly fine dining are only about 12 miles away in the quaint, historic town of Jasper, Arkansas. Or drive 4 miles to the Eagle Rock Café in Mt. Judea for some good-ol’ down-home food choices.

Our rates are $150 per night for 2 people, plus $12.50 for each additional person up to 8 total. Children under 12 are free.
